These terms govern your use of framework27.ai and any paid services we deliver to you. By using the website or purchasing a service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
Operator: Framework27 is a trading name operated under a UAE mainland licensed entity ("Framework27," "we," "us," "our").
Customer: You, the business owner or authorised representative purchasing or using our services.
We offer four tiers of service, all productised with fixed scope, price, and timeline:
Get Your 270 (free assessment) — A self-reported AI-assisted business diagnostic. Delivers an indicative score out of 270. Not a verified audit.
The Audit (AED 4,950) — A 7-day full business audit. Delivered by two senior human operators with AI-assisted scoring by Axis. Scope: review of 27 framework sections against your actual business data. Deliverables: Scorecard PDF, Diagnosis PDF, 90-Day Plan (Google Sheet), 60-minute delivery call.
The Sprint (AED 29,500) — The Audit plus 3 weeks of direct execution on the top three highest-leverage fixes identified. 4-week total engagement.
The Retainer (AED 19,500/month) — Ongoing execution against the 90-day plan. 3-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice.

Currency. All prices in UAE Dirham (AED). USD equivalents shown for reference at 3.67 AED per USD.
VAT. 5% UAE VAT added to all invoices. We are VAT-registered.
Late payment. If a Retainer payment fails, we will attempt to collect three times over 7 days. If payment is not received within 7 days of the failed charge, we may suspend work.
The Audit — Delivered within 7 days of the kickoff call, provided you have granted required access within 24 hours of kickoff. If access is delayed, the 7-day clock starts when access is complete.
The Sprint — 4-week engagement starting from kickoff. Week 1 is the audit, weeks 2-4 are execution.
The Retainer — Continuous monthly service with a 3-month minimum commitment.
Delays caused by us. If we fail to deliver The Audit within 7 business days of kickoff (excluding delays caused by access issues on your side), you're entitled to a 10% discount on the invoice.

The Audit — Once delivery has started, you cannot cancel for a refund. You can invoke the money-back guarantee on the delivery call (see Section 8).
The Sprint — Cancellable before kickoff for a full refund. After kickoff, the first 50% is non-refundable; the second 50% is not charged if the engagement is terminated early.
The Retainer — 30 days' written notice via email. No exit fees. No retention calls.
The Audit. If, on the delivery call, you tell us the work wasn't worth what you paid, we refund the audit fee in full on the spot. No arguments, no survey. Refund processed within 5 business days via Stripe.
The Sprint. If the audit portion (week 1) is not worth the audit fee, same guarantee — we refund AED 4,950 and stop work before execution begins.
The Retainer. If by day 30 of your first month you think the retainer isn't working, we refund the first month in full. First month only.
What the guarantee doesn't cover. It doesn't apply if you change your mind after successfully implementing recommendations, if the business outcome fell short of expectations that were never promised, or if used in bad faith.
Your data and content. Remains yours. We claim no ownership of your business data, your brand assets, your customer lists, or anything else you share with us.
Framework27 methodology. The 27-section framework, scoring rubric, audit templates, and deliverable formats are our intellectual property. We license you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your own business. You may not:
The free Framework PDF. We license the one-page methodology PDF for free commercial use with attribution.
Both parties sign a mutual NDA at the start of any paid engagement. We will not share your business information with any third party without your written consent, except where legally required. Our obligations survive termination indefinitely.
Our audits are delivered by a combination of human senior operators and an AI analyst called Axis, built on Anthropic's Claude. Axis performs first-pass scoring, drafts the audit content, calculates the grade, and builds the 90-day plan. Two senior human operators review, verify, and edit all output before delivery. By using our services, you consent to AI being used in the production of your deliverables. Full details on /ai-disclosure.

We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.
Informal resolution. If you have a complaint, email hello@framework27.ai. We will respond within 3 business days and work to resolve the issue.
Formal disputes. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Exclusive jurisdiction is the Dubai Courts.
Entire agreement. These terms plus the pricing and service scope published on framework27.ai form the entire agreement. Any variation must be agreed in writing.
Severability. If any clause is held unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any term does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.
Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside their reasonable control.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active clients at least 30 days in advance via email.
